If you are paying with credit or debit card at a machine, we apply a 2-hour hold of $10 that protects us from fraud. When it clears, you will only be charged the amount you swiped for. Your bank may apply the hold for longer; if you havequestions about your bank's hold policy, please call the number on the back of your card. To avoid a potential hold, you have the option to obtain a FasCard under the START HERE sign. This way, you'll load your FasCard with store credit and use that to start machines, so you'll only use your credit card to load the FasCard instead of each individual machine.

Getting and using a FasCard is the easiest way to use our laundromat, saving you from having to use all those quarters. It also gives you rewards for simply doing your laundry. Setting up an account protects the money on that card if you lose it. All you need to do is approach the kiosk below the START HERE sign, touch the screen where it prompts, and it will give you a card. You can easily purchase credit on the

card using cash, debit, or Visa/MasterCard/Discover/AmEx, at the kiosk or at any machine. You can download the FasCard app or email duckriverlaundry@gmail.com with your card numbers, name, and contact information to register your FasCard. It is highly recommended that you register it to protect your store credit!
